The hubbie and I took a 4-day getaway a few weeks back to Punta Cana to visit Eden Roc at Cap Cana. It was a restful time documenting the property and participating in the grand chef exchange dinner between Chef Patrick O'Donnell from the The Inn at Little Washington and Chef Gianluca Re Fraschini of Relais & Châteaux Eden Roc at Cap Cana at the resort's signature restaurant, Mediterraneo. The Eden Roc being a Relais & Châteaux property, clearly showed its integrity and elegance through the warm service provided by the staff and its beautiful grounds. The weather was on and off rain and shine, but it was refreshing to say the least and it did not impact our time to the slightest. From being able to enjoy the private pool and jacuzzi in our Junior Suite to visiting the Eden Roc Beach Club where we were able to lounge in sun-drenched beds (with shade if preferred!) by the ocean on the daily, it was an ultimate setting for relaxation. Thank you so much for having us Eden Roc at Cap Cana, it was an wonderfully memorable time.
